What you eat has a massive impact on the environment. According to a study carried out by the University of Oxford in 2018 (1), animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs and fish have a far larger carbon footprint than plants. One of the best things you can do for the environment is to shift towards a plant-based diet as illustrated in the graph below. (2)
